Overview
Evonik Health Care is excited to present our first ever full-day Drug Delivery workshop! Focusing on both oral and parenteral technologies, Evonik’s team has created an agenda full of everything you need to know when designing your formulation.
In this one-day workshop, Evonik’s Drug Delivery experts will share their experiences and insights on the discovery and development of oral formulations, long-acting injectables and RNA-based therapies and mRNA vaccines. As a CDMO partner offering end-to-end solutions, Evonik has decades of experience and expertise in every step of the manufacturing process, including route scouting, process development and optimization, purification, isolation, characterization, scale-up, and commercialization.
This workshop will feature presentations on:
- the use and application of EUDRAGIT® polymers and EUDRATEC® technologies in delayed release, sustained release, controlled release, taste masking, and moisture protection,
- current advances in leveraging novel lipids, such as randomized PEGs (rPEGs) in LNP-based delivery systems,
- and GMP manufacturing considerations for both parenteral excipients and drug products, focusing on product-by-process manufacturing, ocular implants, microparticles and nanoparticles.
Key learnings for participants
- Introduction to capabilities necessary to support oral and parenteral development and manufacturing
- Understanding how to best use the EUDRAGIT® and EUDRATEC®
- Technologies for your oral formaultions
- Brief history of long-acting polymeric injectable drug products on the market, including microparticles and implants
- Custom polymer and lipid synthesis, parenteral drug services for formulations
- And more!
